As of 2022, the three variants of rubles in circulation are—the Russian ruble (RUB, ₽) in Russia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, the Belarusian ruble (BYN, Br) in Belarus and the unrecognised Transnistrian ruble in Transnistria.
